General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be in new condition and unused.

• The original tag must remain attached and not removed.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns and Exchanges in Kuwait

For orders within Kuwait:

• Free exchange or return within 15 days of purchase.

• We will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location or provide a drop-off option.

International Returns and Exchanges

For international orders:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

• A flat fee of $30 will be charged for processing the return or exchange.

• Customers are responsible for securely packing and shipping the item back using a trackable service.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

• Damaged or used items that do not meet our return conditions.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

• For Kuwait orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

• For international orders, the $30 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
