Delivery
GCC destinations
3–5 days
After order processing. Delivery to GCC destinations costs KWD 5.
Any applicable customs duties and taxes at the destination are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipment tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. For delivery help, contact us with your order number.
Returns & exchanges
Please contact us before sending an item back.
Kuwait returns
Free returns or exchanges within 15 days from delivery. Contact us to arrange collection or drop-off.
International returns
Within 15 days from delivery; a US$30 processing fee applies. Pack securely and send using a trackable service.
Return conditions
Items must be unused and new, with tags attached and original packaging. Final-sale and clearance items, and items that fail these conditions, are excluded.
Refunds
Subject to inspection and approval. Kuwait refunds go to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. The US$30 fee is deducted from international refunds.
